Privacy Policy.

LAST UPDATED · SEPTEMBER 2026

We're a small studio, and this policy is written the way we'd want to read one: short, specific and free of traps. It explains exactly what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collectHow we use itPaymentsCookies & local storageSharingYour rightsSecurityContact

1. What we collect

  • Information you give us through forms — your name, business name, email, phone, website, and details about your project or maintenance request. We only receive what you type in.
  • Billing information — handled entirely by Stripe. We see your plan, billing status and email; we never see or store your card details.
  • Client portal data — maintenance requests you submit, and your session preference, stored so the portal works.
  • Optional analytics — if you accept, we record which pages and buttons are used (page views, CTA clicks). This data stays in the studio dashboard; it is not a profile of you and it is not shared with advertisers.

2. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver and maintain the website you hired us for, send receipts and service notifications, and — only with your consent — understand how this site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.

3. Payments

Subscription billing runs through Stripe (Stripe, Inc.). When you check out, your payment details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. Stripe's own privacy policy covers that data. We retain a record of your plan, amounts and billing dates for accounting and support.

4. Cookies & browser storage

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use browser local storage for a small number of things: remembering your privacy choice, your admin/portal session, and (if you accept) anonymous usage events. On our first visit you can decline analytics entirely — the site works the same. You can clear this data at any time via your browser settings, or change your choice via "Cookie Preferences" in the footer.

5. Who we share with

Almost nobody. Data goes to: Stripe (payments), and an email-delivery endpoint we operate so form submissions and notifications reach us. If law enforcement compels disclosure, we comply as required. We never sell or rent your information.

6. Your rights

Wherever you live — including under the GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California) — you can ask us to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, export it in a portable format, or stop processing it. California residents will not be discriminated against for exercising their rights. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

7. How we protect data

Encryption in transit (HTTPS), strict security headers (Content-Security-Policy, no-sniff, frame protection), payment card data handled solely by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1), and least-privilege access on our side. No system is perfect, but we design so a breach of this marketing site cannot expose your card data — because we simply don't have it.

8. Contact

Questions, requests or complaints about your data: sites@ptg-studio.com. If you're in the EU/UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
