Terms of Service.

These terms govern work performed by PTG Studio ("PTG Studio", the "Company", "we", "us") — website design, development, and ongoing maintenance — and the use of ptg-studio.com. Specific projects are governed by the written proposal you approve; if a proposal says something different from this page, the proposal wins.

1. Services & scope

Every project starts from a written scope: pages, features, integrations and deliverables. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins — you will never be billed for work you didn't approve. Prices on this website are starting points; your actual quote is the number in your written proposal.

2. Quotes, deposits & payment

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days.
  • Projects begin after the deposit in your proposal is received. Milestones are invoiced as described in your proposal.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days. Work may pause on overdue accounts.
  • Maintenance subscriptions bill in advance (monthly or yearly) via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.

3. What we need from you

Timely content, feedback, approvals and access (domains, hosting, brand assets). Timelines assume replies within 5 business days; long silences push delivery dates out accordingly. You confirm that any content you provide doesn't infringe anyone's rights and complies with the law.

4. Revisions

Each proposal includes stated revision rounds at the design and build stages. Additional rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate, quoted before the work happens.

5. Ownership & portfolio rights

  • You own your finished website design, content and domain once the project is paid in full.
  • We retain our pre-existing tools/frameworks, and the right to show the project in our portfolio and marketing — unless you ask us in writing not to.
  • Third-party components (fonts, stock, plugins, payment platforms) remain under their own licenses.

6. Warranties & honest limits

We build carefully and test before launch, and we fix bugs in our own work free of charge for 30 days after launch. We don't guarantee specific business results (traffic, rankings, revenue) — no honest studio can. Third-party services (hosting, payment processors, APIs) can change or fail; we'll always help you respond, but we can't be responsible for their outages.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PTG Studio' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data caused by third parties). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Termination

Either party may end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed to date; we hand over everything completed so far. Maintenance terms — including cancellation and data handover — are in the Maintenance Agreement and Refund Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force when you sign a proposal governs that project. Material changes to subscription terms will be emailed to active subscribers in advance.
