Maintenance Agreement.

LAST UPDATED · SEPTEMBER 2026 · APPLIES TO PTG CARE, GROW & PRO

This agreement explains what a PTG maintenance plan covers, what it doesn't, and exactly what happens if you leave. Your plan's specific features are the ones listed on the plan you purchased.

1. What your plan covers

  • Hosting & monitoring — your site stays online, with uptime monitoring and security patching of the site we manage.
  • Updates — content, images, and minor changes within the scope and volume of your plan (Care, Grow or Pro).
  • Support — requests through your client portal or email, answered in the response window of your plan.
  • Performance & SEO health — checks and fixes at the level your plan states (not a guarantee of search rankings).

2. What it doesn't cover

  • New features, redesigns or new pages — quoted separately, always with your approval first.
  • Work on code, plugins or systems we didn't build and don't manage (we'll tell you before touching them).
  • Third-party outages (your host, payment platforms, Google services) — we'll respond and escalate, but we can't control them.
  • Costs of third-party services themselves (domains, hosting infrastructure, licenses) are billed at cost with your approval.

3. What stays yours

Everything. Your website, its code, content, images, domain name, and all accounts (hosting, Stripe, email) remain your property. We work in them as your agent. We never hold your business hostage to keep a subscription — see §5.

4. Requests, response & fair use

Requests come through the client portal (or email). We acknowledge within one business day and complete within your plan's window; "priority" means we start sooner. Content you supply should be final and rights-cleared. Plans have generous but finite monthly capacity — the published limits per plan apply, and we'll always flag when a request becomes a separate quote before doing the work.

5. Cancellation & handover

  1. Cancel anytime from your client portal or by email — effective at the end of the paid period. No fees, no retention games.
  2. On cancellation we provide: a full backup of your website files and content, all account credentials we hold, and a handover document, within 14 days.
  3. Your site stays online until the end of the paid period. If hosting through us ends with the plan, we'll migrate or help you migrate — your choice.
  4. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

6. Liability

We keep your site maintained and monitored with professional care. Our total liability in any period is limited to the fees paid in that period. We're not liable for third-party service failures, content you provide, or events outside our control. Nothing limits liability that can't legally be limited.

7. Changes to your plan

Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like — changes take effect at the next billing cycle. If we ever change plan pricing, current subscribers keep their rate for at least 60 days' notice.
